Hi, I’m Lisa Goins and I am originally from “The City” (Oklahoma City). After attending the University of Oklahoma I moved to Tulsa and I have lived in Tulsa for the past 25 years, except for that span of 5 years that I spent in Norman. I am married to Kelly Goins who happens to be the best decision I have ever made.
What Makes Me Unique?
At one point in my life I had 4 kids age 3 and under and I am still alive to talk about it. In fact, my young kids have now turned into productive citizens and quality adults. All are in or about to graduate from college and we recently had our first child get married!
Why Would You Want To Work With Me?
I got my start in Real Estate on the corporate side as the Director of Career Development with Coldwell Banker Select in Tulsa. I have also held the managing broker position for Private Label Realty, a Texas based real estate Company, that was expanding to Tulsa, Oklahoma. From the very beginning of my real estate career I immediately grew to love this industry both corporately and as a residential specialist with both buyers and sellers. I quickly achieved multi-million dollar status from my first year as a licensee with over 14 Million in team production in 2016
Why Am I Focused On Residential Real Estate?
After several years of doing both, I made the decision to move away from corporate real estate to focus my efforts on residential sales. We formed the Realty Sisters Team because we love helping families find the home that is perfect for them. It sincerely brings joy to my heart to hear the stories of how a family’s new home allowed them get closer as a family, to enjoy more time together and to create lasting memories.
What Do I Love About Real Estate?
I grew up in apartments all my life, until I went to college, and then I lived in the Dorm. One of my proudest moments was when my husband and I were able to first purchase a house way back 1994. When they handed me the keys and my very own garage door opener and I thought, “wow, my family has a home!”
What Did I Do Before I Was Involved In Real Estate?
When I married Kelly he was the youth pastor at Broken Arrow Assembly; after 10 years as a youth pastors we moved into the senior pastor role and planted a church in Norman, Ok (Boomer Sooner) we spent 5 years as senior pastors of Heartland Church in Norman. Currently we are the senior pastors of Tulsa Faith and have been there for the past 14 years.

Why I Believe That Home Is Where Your Heart Is?
My marriage, my family and all my years as a “stay-at-home-mom” have really solidified the importance of Home for me. When we purchased our home we had an amazing agent that helped us through the process of our first home and we continued to use the same agent for the selling and buying of 2 other future homes before I entered into real estate myself.
Using this relationship as an example, I have strived to create that same relationship with my clients. I believe that whether it is the purchase of your first home or you are experienced buyers and sellers you deserved nothing but the very best when it comes to your real estate agent. I work to exceed my client’s expectations of service and professionalism while creating an atmosphere of personal attention to your needs and desired results.
What Are Some Lisa Goins Fun Factoids?
I love Pinterest. I really love Pinterest, it’s my new Google. I love shopping. I really love shopping. Whether it’s for home, clothes, family, I’m all in. I also love coffee and chocolate. I really love Starbucks and M&M’s. I have a lot that I love but my favorite love is my family, they are the best. Although I love having a peaceful home I always find myself looking forward to the chaos and conversation when all my kids come home from college!

Hi, I’m Kelli Conwell. I grew up in South Florida but have called Tulsa home since 1984. While attending Oral Roberts University I met my husband Don Conwell. Why Would You Want To Work With Me?
Whether you are buying or selling a home my goal is to make the journey joyful and stress-free. As a Realty Sister, I have the experience, time and expertise to make sure that nothing is left to chance. I will demonstrate through my actions the highest levels of professionalism, integrity and gratitude. When all is said and done you will be confident that through our relationship you received the very best from the Realty Sisters and me.
Why am I passionate about real estate?
Don and I spent the first 5 years of our marriage in an apartment. We moved into our first home the month before my first child was born. We had no idea at that time that we would spend the next 16 years raising our family in 1289 square feet. To say that this house helped to bond our family is an understatement.
As the children grew the house seemed to be shrinking. Don entered the mortgage business in 2002 and by the time my youngest was in school I had the “new home” bug bad. I spent the next 6 years taking every opportunity I could to explore Tulsa. This most often involved loading the kids into the mini-van, and armed with a healthy supply of McDonald’s french-fries and the promise of Braum’s ice cream we would spend hours driving by any home that was for sale in Tulsa.
We eventually did find our next home but that first home forever shaped who we are as a family and who my children are as adults. It is this understanding of how home ownership impacts a family combined with my love of home design, décor and landscaping that made real estate a great fit. And honestly I had to do something as I transitioned from full-time mom to “I don’t have to do laundry 4 times a day”. Whether it is a first time homebuyer or a family moving to a different stage in life I want to be a part of their journey.
What Else Do You Need To Know About Me?
My marriage, my family, my faith and my church are the foundational pillars of my life. Everything I do is filtered through and influenced by these. I have been an active member of my church, Christian Chapel, for 25 years. I am passionate about helping families who are hurting. For this reason I work with and support organizations like Royal Family Kids and Crisis Pregnancy Outreach. My most valued accomplishments are and will be a successful marriage and Don and I raising children who understand that their lives matter because of what they give and not what they get. I enjoy many outdoor activities including camping, biking, and hiking
What Did I Do Before I Was I Involved In Real Estate
To tell you the truth I don’t remember much prior to having four children under 4 ½ and being a stay at home mom. I do faintly recall that I managed a national retail store and traveled around the country training new managers.
